RETURN/EXCHANGE

Piece Exchange Policy

  • In the event you need to exchange your item, it must be in perfect condition, unused, and the packaging in its original condition.

Exchange Process:

1.Contact: Please contact us within the next 10 days after receiving your piece, mentioning the reason for your exchange.

2.Sending the Piece: We will provide you with the address where the piece should be sent for exchange. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please ensure the piece is within its original case and packaging for protection during shipping.

3.Receipt Notification: Once we have received your package, you will receive a notification via email. At this point, you will be able to select your new piece. Please note that the customer is entitled to only one exchange.

Exclusions: 

Discounted Pieces: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for pieces that have been purchased with a discount.
